The popular St Giles’ Church Flower Festival is back in Hartington this June with a theme of ‘1915 remembered.’

The church will be open daily from Friday 5th June to Tuesday 9th June from 10am to 5pm and the Village Hall will be serving refreshments between 11am and 5pm from Friday 5th to Monday 8th of June.

Warslow Silver Band is in concert at the church on Friday 5th June from 7.30pm – admission is £6 on the door and refreshments will be available in the interval.

On Saturday 6th of June at 2.30pm, children from the village’s primary school will be maypole dancing at the Village Hall.

A Songs of Praise concert is taking place on Sunday 7th June from 6.30pm.

All money raised at the events will go towards the upkeep of St Giles’ Church
