Despite signs saying Hall Bank Closed 20/08/19 it is still closed and access only as far as Victoria House. Visitors to the Youth Hostel should follow the diversion signs and approach the YHA from Heathcote. No evidence of any work by Severn Trent to refill the hole so far today.
