The brand new Jubilee Walk of Words around St Giles’ churchyard is now on display and officially launching this coming Sunday, 22nd May. The quotes are all taken from the Queen’s broadcasts and the superb artwork is done by local people. Please do encourage your friends, family and visitors to visit the churchyard and view the introduction and the 9 posters displayed around the churchyard. This is one of the celebrations in Hartington for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and will coinicde with the Flower Festival at St Giles’ which runs Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June. Enjoy! The Walk of Words will stay in place throughout the summer.
