During the funeral procession in Windsor Castle from 2:45 pm a single bell will toll from one of the towers in the castle. At the same time the tenor, the largest bell with the lowest note, will toll from the tower of St. Giles church in Hartington. At 3 o’clock there is a one minute silence in commemoration of the life of the Duke of Edinburgh.
